STUDENT - GOALTENDER - ATHLETE

The act of goaltending became this unknown force by the time Alex was 4 years old. So much so that he would often sleep with his goalie mask on. Alex began skating at age 3 and by 5 was dressing in goaltending equipment on a daily basis. More focused and serious than his peers, Alex’s innate “I must” attitude grew into a fierce determination to be an elite goaltender and all-around athlete. Starting play at age 6 with the NJ Devils Youth organization, his development of fluidity and focus as a goaltender intensified. Although very young, he had found his true passion. 

As Alex reached teenage years, a calm and confident “all bite/no bark” demeanor revealed itself.  Blended with his relentless pursuit of athletic discipline, Alex harnessed a strong combination of athletic skills and the proper mindset to assist his goaltending aspirations where there can be no margin of error. 

After playing AAA for the Devils, Alex continued to play at the highest level of hockey. See CAREER section for more info.
